We are seeking a compassionate and reliable home aide to provide personal care and support for an individual with paraplegia. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, mobility assistance (including transfers), light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, excellent communication skills, and a patient, respectful demeanor. Experience with mobility devices is a plus. Must be able to lift and provide physical assistance when needed. Flexible hours may be required.
