About who needs care: Dad has vascular dementia and needs help to go to the washroom and change clothes as he uses diapers. Need help to bathe. Need to be told and taken to the table to eat and take meds. Mom would also be here, however am out of town for two days and need care while am away. About the care needs: Calm and patient to be able to tell him a few times to get him to eat or wash etc. Need to be able to help him take a shower and help in wearing diapers and clothes. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
