Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Savannah

About who needs care: This would be a position for my mother who is in her late 60's. She has a history of an ischemic stroke as well as diabetes, high blood pressure, and a recently developed issue with incontenance. She has recently moved in with me due to neglect at a previous assisted-living facility and her day to day tasks are not as manageable on my own as originally thought. She would need assistance with showering, medication (once daily in the morning) and any housekeeping related to her side of the apartment (her room, closet, and bathroom.) She would also need assistance with transportation to and from any medical appointments as I work from Monday through Thursday 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. and it is difficult to find open time slots on my days off. Her main hobbies include mainly watching tv. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
