About who needs care: Parkinson's and Lewy Body dementia, living in a personal care home in Roswell. I need someone to take him to his doctor appointments which are around 1-2 times a month, sit in the appt with him and call me in, and take him home. I live in NYC. About the care needs: They may need to physically guide my dad or give him a hand to help him up or down. Overall, he can get around on his walker, but the caregiver must be comfortable helping or guiding him. Services needed include: transportation.
