Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Rome

About who needs care: He is a good and caring man but he is stubborn! He don't like being told what to do by his two Adult Children! He mostly just needs help getting a bath maybe twice a week! He needs more baths than that but if he could at least get two a week it would help him feel better! He doesn't stink or anything but needs to get baths. We feel so helpless and don't know what to do anymore! We are trying to let him stay at home and independent as long as we can but he isn't making it easy for us! The deal is that he needs to eat, take his meds and drink plenty of water. Which he was doing but slowly isn't anymore. Any kind of help would be wonderful as long as me and my brother both agree! As far as hobbies/interest he really doesn't have any anymore! He hardly ever leaves his house except to go to the Doctor and that isn't an easy task! As far as the last question on their ideal day! He kind of has his days and nights turned around and he will stay up until 2 or 3 a.m. and he want get up until 12 p.m. But he takes several naps throughout the day. He needs someone who can be patient with him and they can't be real bossy! Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
