Hands-on Care Needed For My Father-in-law In Ringgold /Chattanooga

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my father-in-law in his 90s. Medication management is required - pills. We would prefer someone who can handle some light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing, incontinence. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained. He is at home hospice care. His wife (87 yrs old) lives there with him. children there off & on. He is mostly bedridden. We are looking for 80 hours a week so planning on hiring two caregivers or still working on ajusting schedule.
