About the job
My father is experiencing confusion and is very weak due to rectal cancer. It is important that someone is aware of what is happening in case he slips or misses the toilet. He is definitely considered a fall risk. He loves cars & history and responds best to someone with a sunny and bubbly personality. Assistance with medication is needed and some light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation and I might ask you to take him for a hair cut. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets (dogs & cats).
