Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Norcross

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my father who is 80 years old and in a wheelchair for most of the day. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. We're looking for someone to provide companionship when my mom steps out of the house. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
