Med history: IDDM, heart and vascular disease Current issues: memory problems, weakness, immobility, poor intake; requires assistance with all ADLs Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance. Prefer experienced caregiver. Must be comfortable with pets. Wife (retired nurse) in home 24/7, but needs help / relief.
