About who needs care: Congestive Heart Failure and Diabetes along with a handful of other ailments. Ideally we are trying to focus on physical therapy and returning to independence from a recent extended hospital stay. Need full time care to assist with medications, fluid intake, feeding, and bathing in home. About the care needs: strong enough to assist with getting up from sitting and walking. preferably gentle but firm approach. friendly with animals (dogs and cats) Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
