Senior Care Needed For 3hrs A Day

I'm looking for companion care for my grandmother who is 89. She has dementia but is happy and pleasant to be around, but I just need an extra hand during the day. She has a routine and is able to do many things on her own still. It is m-f 3 hrs a day (roughly 1030am-130pm). This includes companionship, helping shower occasionally, light housekeeping and making lunch daily. You will likely be sitting around a couple hours just chatting or watching TV with her most days. Looking for an older adult that can chat about life with her! NO Agencies please! This is perfect for someone who is retired but wants a little something. We work from home most days someone is around and just need that extra hand. This job has been reopened as the last person has a scheduling conflict and couldn't start.
