Transportation To And From Surgery Needed For Myself

Hi, I'm Michael, 59 yrs old I'm having outpatient surgery for cervical stenosis on January 15, 2025, and I need to find a reliable person who would be willing to transport me to and from my surgery. I cannot get the surgery unless I have another person with me. This person would have to pick me up at my home, take me to the hospital, show ID/sign-in at the hospital and stay there during my procedure (should be 2-3 hours), and then return me home. If I'm in rough shape I may ask you to hang out for another short amount of time, just to be sure I'm good. Many thanks.
