About who needs care: Hx of stroke x3, most recently 10/18 caused by vegetation on artificial heart valve, not a surgical candidate. Currently unable to move freely from paralysis of left side, but has shown improvements over the last 48 hours with exercise. Needs assistance ambulating, bathing, eating, and supervision while family is at work. She loves to chat and watch Fox news. About the care needs: Someone understanding and patient, because she repeats herself quite a bit. Experience with PT/OT exercises post-stroke would be ideal. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
