Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Macon

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother and father in Macon. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Need help fixing simple lunches and starting dinner with food already in home. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Parents are southern preferences are normal light southern meals no Asian or Greasy foods, and chicken. Prefer no fried foods mostly beef and pork (ham) baked roasted foods soups stews chili are all good
