Hands-on Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider experienced for special needs young lady age 40. Hours listed are available but any or those times listed are helpful. I would not expect you to be able to fit all those time slots. Let's talk about what you can do and what would help me and see if it can work. She uses a wheelchair and lifting for transitions is necessary. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Personal care required, including feeding and bathing. I am looking for some help preparing meals. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion who will go on walks and visit places in the community. I might need help with transporting to/from appointments/activities. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
