About who needs care: Up at 10:00 a.m. for bath. Taken to lift chair 11:30 a.m. memory cards 12:00 p.m. Brunch/lunch that I prepare He is blind in left eye. Can walk with walker and aid in the am. At night he cannot. About the care needs: Non smoker. Ability to lift 150lb man or use Hoyer lift. Just put in for lift with VA 01/14/2025. Do not have yet. Patient, kind and caring person. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
