About who needs care: Need companionship visits, light housekeeping, occasional medical visit transportation. Moderate to severe dementia living in assisted living facility. About the care needs: Patient and caring, interest in crochet and needlepoint, crafts or painting would be helpful. Able to encourage playing of piano. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
