About who needs care: Stage 3 Kidney disease, Heart Failure, Diabetes, oxygen, weakness, risk for falls. About the care needs: We basically need someone to be with her for a few hours a day, couple days a week so my dad can have support and take some of the stress off of him. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
