About who needs care: Has Parkinsons. Depending on weakness may use a walker or wheelchair. Needs assistance bathing, dressing, going to bathroom and sometimes eating. About the care needs: Someone who is upbeat but not loud. Talks but is not all the time. Needs to be able to assist her getting up and weighs 140 lbs. Able to take blood pressure and understand after a short time the signs when something with her health has occurred (ex. Hallucinations worse typically a urinary tract infection). Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
