Anticipate maybe 10-20 hours a week. Just put the schedule for what's the most likely range of time of day. About who needs care: Father has signs of dementia. Has diabetes. Deaf, so uses cochlear implants to hear, so communication is difficult if he's not wearing it. He speaks English/French/Chinese/Vietnamese/Cambodian. If you speak English/Chinese/ that would be best as my mother who doesn't need care does not speak a lot of English. French would be great to get my dad's mind going with something he hasn't used often. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
