Hands-on Care Needed For My Parents In Dallas

We need hands-on care to take care of my parents in Dallas. I would like someone to come by in the morning and make sure my parents take their medications. My dad has Parkinson's and low blood pressure and will need someone to get him dressed. Some help needed with bathing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Occasional meal prep would also be great. My mom has memory loss/dementia. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets - they have one dog who will bark but ultimately just wants to be petted. Would not necessarily need one person every day - if I can find someone who can get a few days and someone else to cover another day that would work - just let me know what your availability is.
