About who needs care: Patient is unable to walk and relies on someone to change, clean and move her from the bed to her wheelchair. She is able to move around the home in her wheelchair to make herself lunch but would need help getting back in bed during the evening, as well as , being changed for bed. About the care needs: She is unable to do any activities. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
