Need My Dad Checked Up On While Im Living Out Of State

Hi name is Brooke, I live in Chicago. My Father is 61 in a nursing home in Georgia with no family there. He's alert slight mental illness/delusional not violent on a ventilator/trach, He has a severe bed sore. I need him checked up on as I suspect he's being abused/neglected. If possible would like help with physical therapy/weaning of the ventilator . Services Needed: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation.
