About the job
Seeking part-time hands-on care for my 74-year-old mother who is currently wheelchair bound, but can walk with assistance. Some responsibilities include: assisting with standing-lift, getting in and out of bed, dressing, walking, showering, light meal prep, driving to appointments, running errands, washing, ironing, folding clothes, light housekeeping and rare travel if needed. The idea person is patient, friendly, organized, and detailed-oriented. Certifications required are: Home Health Aide certification and CPR First Aid certifications. The person should be a non-smoker and in good health. Experience, reliable driving record, references are required. The public transit system is not accessible.
