I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Transportation. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Will need an vehicle accessible by electric wheelchair. One Dr is approximately 1 time per month, and two others about every 6 months, plus lab on two of each of these about every 6 months at different times.
