Assist With Transportation To/from Doctor Appts For My Father In Austell.

My 83-year-old father lives with my husband and he has multiple medical appointments in Hiram, Marietta, Kennesaw and Douglasville for Congestive Heart Failure, Kidney Disease, fluid build-up etc. My husband and I both work full-time and we need some help with getting him ready for doctor appointments and driving him to doctor appointments, attending the doctor appointments with him and driving him home. He can walk short distances with a walker and I also use a wheelchair for longer distances. He is very easy going and friendly but we need someone that is medically savvy enough to make sure questions are being asked and next steps are understood clearly. There could be anywhere from 0 to 3 appts a week and it usually takes about 3 hours each time. Prefer a HHA, CNA, LPN, RN for this on call type of work.
