Mom Loves Steve Harvey

Hi there, We're looking for someone to give care in home for my 94-year-old mother. She is mentally keen but bedridden. We need someone to cook her meals (usually breakfast and sometimes dinner), give her a bed bath, and give her already pre-prepared medications and sit with her. We're looking for someone who is available weekdays Monday through Sunday 10A -8p. This shift will alternate days so that each person will have a weekend off and a weekend on. You will not work the entire seven days. We will work with your schedule. We live in the Augusta area. Please let us know if you are interested. Thank You! Wake, bed bath, morning hot meal with administering medication around 11A. Television time during the day. Lunch or snack around 2p. Dinner/ meal prep around 6p. Watching game shows in the morning, soap operas and judge shows during the day with news and Family Feud/Steve Harvey during the evening. Lifetime, hallmark etc are favorite channels. The ideal caregiver will have skills bathing, and turning a patient, weight shifting skills and be keen and aware of surroundings to make sure loved one is safe. No loud phone conversations please. - Patient with hearing impaired - Can cook and plan meals with loved one. - Patience with memory challenged loved one. - Have reliable transportation. Home has both parking and access to public transportation across the street. No pets in residence.
