About who needs care: Yes, I have underlying conditions. But when needing care on Wednesday the 12th this does not pertain to those conditions. I have fractured my right hand and am having outpatient surgery for it on Wednesday the 12th. I very simply am in need of help of having someone with me as I come out of surgery, and then for them to give me a ride home. About the care needs: I would like to bring my bicycle back with me when heading home. Services needed include: transportation.
