Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Macon

I need senior care provider with experience for my 78yo father. He had a heart attack and will be getting out of rehab soon. He has been exhibiting some signs of dementia as well but has not been diagnosed. He lives in independent living now with my mom, but they do not provide extra care like med management. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Bathing / Dressing. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements.
