Looking for a dedicated caregiver to offer live-in support from Saturday morning to Sunday evening. My mom needs full care especially gait belt transfers and has dementia, so familiarity with memory care and gentle redirection is key. My dad is mostly independent but may need some light assistance and supervision. Please have proven experience, a patient demeanor, and an understanding of seniors with cognitive challenges.
