Short-term/Part-time Transportation/Companion Care Needed For Myself In Atlanta

This is a short-term, part-time position only. I will be receiving medical treatment for 4--6 weeks and need someone to transport me, 3 days per week, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays in the morning, sit with me following procedure and then drive me home about 4-5 hours later to bring me home and maybe spend 1 or 2 hours at the most ensuring that I'm comfortable and not having any major medical side effects; so basically, this is the "companionship" part of job. I am independent and healthy but require this help during serious medical treatment. This could lead to future part-time position as in-home caregiver, light housekeeping and cooking.
