Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Atlanta

About who needs care: My dad has chronic pneumonia and gets most of his nutrition via PEG tube. He needs someone who can help him with day to day tasks (helping him pump his liquid nutrition, changing sheets, taking meds) because he's still very weak after his latest bout of pneumonia, but we also need someone who is going to encourage him to start getting up and moving. We know that's how he's really going to start feeling better. We also will need help encouraging him to do his swallowing exercises. About the care needs: We need someone punctual, patient, dedicated, able to stick to a schedule, and who is compassionate without being a pushover. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
