Seeking Part-time Care Provider/Companion For 41 Year Old Female In Atlanta

I am 41 and chronically ill. I live alone in my apartment, have a car and am capable of caring for myself but need some help with Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Companionship, Errands / Shopping. Some light tidying up is involved. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Often accompany me to doctors' appointments. I am fairly new in town and don't have a support system other than my dad. I am very isolated and need companionship and some help to make life little easier for me. I don't have a set schedule for what days I would need your services or how many hours for the day. It would vary week to week depending on a variety of factors so I'd need someone with a flexible schedule who can accommodate my needs on kind of short notice.
