Companion Care Needed For My Mother & Periodically My Son In Atlanta

Mom had a fall and surgery, and is having some memory issues post-release from the hospital. Need companion care for when I am not at the house, due to safety concerns. Mom can talk, walk, & eat. She is toileting independently. Medication reminders needed. Help prep a light lunch T/Th, and help her with DW loading, bird feeder filling, etc. Play board games. Ideally plan each day to include running an errand with mom in tow - e. g., take her to Target or Publix (5-10 minutes away), walk the aisles in an air conditioned building, negotiable. A family car can be made available to borrow for the Target and Publix trips, or use caretaker's car. Non-smoker required. Prefer CPR / first-aid trained. 1 cat is in house. Periodically may also overlap with care for disabled 4'10" son, but that will be one-off and negotiable (including as to rate).
