About who needs care: This is for my sister. She does not drive. She is slightly handicapped in her speech and mental acuity, but is capable of taking care of herself. She does not drive and has no job. She lives with my father who is rehabilitating with a broken leg from a recent car accident. She simply needs someone to take her to the library and nearby restaurants and stores from time to time until my father is better. About the care needs: The type of personality that would be a good fit is someone who is friendly and patient to listen. She does not need specialized skills.
