About who needs care: COPD is an underlying condition which has been exacerbated by radiation/chemo in Fall 2022. Unfortunately, tennis has been my major "hobby" but can't play anymore unless I take at least 20mg. of Prednisone. Also, love to walk with my miniature poodle. My ideal day: Wake up, have coffee, walk the dog, play a little tennis if up to it. Lie by the pool on a nice day until noon. Take a shower. Catch up on work. About the care needs: My ideal caregiver would speak English. I know a little Spanish, but not fluent. She (most be a female) must have a car; be able to do errands for me or take me to do errands or attend appointments. My caregiver should be able to have a conversation if and when I wish, but not be talkative. I like my space and peace. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
