We would ideally like either two caregivers who split the week between them or one caregiver for all 7 days. There is one separate bedroom and bathroom for caregivers. A Hoyer lift is required for transfers of my mom to and from her bed to a wheelchair or recliner. She needs personal care including bed baths, diaper changes, dressing, assistance with feeding, and brushing teeth. She also needs assistance to do daily exercises for PT and OT. Additional responsibilities include some but not all meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, accompanying on wheelchair van to medical appointments, and providing companionship and social interaction. Medication management is required. Caregiver must be a non-smoker. References requested.
