About the job
About who needs care: 80-year-old man who has Parkinsons. Needs help getting up from chair. Help with morning routine bathing, dressing, etc. Make breakfast and conversation and clean up after. Help in evening getting ready for bed. Overnight (in case of case of emergency)care. About the care needs: Someone who is very friendly and can make assessments of what needs to be done. Kind and compassionate that has a good sense of humor and will engage my Dad in conversation. Days and hours off flexible. My 80-year-old Mom needs someone overnight in case my Dad falls during the night. Some days she will need daytime care so she can run errands. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
