About the job
I need senior care provider with experience for my husband with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). He is very sensitive, so we need someone with good energy hygiene. He is in a wheelchair, and we use a manual standing lift for toileting, so need strength to transfer. Will train with outgoing caregiver. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Some light tidying up is involved. Assist with bathing, feeding, toilet, and companionship. Duties include accompanying us for doctor's appointments.
