About who needs care: My stepmother has dementia. She is in hospice. She lives at home with my father. She is wheelchair bound, uses a diaper and is barely able to walk. So there will be lifting and pushing her around in a transporter chair. About the care needs: Someone who can help provide my father new ways of doing things. The caregiver cannot be high strung. They must be able to have patience with both of my parents. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
