Companion Care Needed For My Husband In Titusville

Jun 14, 2024 10:13 a.m. I am looking for a companion/caregiver for my 87-year-old husband. He is in stage 6 of Alzheimer's, and I cannot leave him alone for any length of time. I am looking for 4 hours on Tuesdays. I would like to have 12 to 4 p.m. I also may need 4 hours on every other Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. My daughter is able to cover Thursdays sometimes, but not always. I had a VNA companion coming on Tuesdays. But they did not get along at all. She was not very good with Alzheimer's. She was confronting to him when he wanted to do things and of course as you know that does not work. It makes them agitated and angry.
