About who needs care: Massive stroke 7 months ago . needs assistance with all ADLs though can feed himself, take meds.. brush teeth. He can take.. has a great memory.. is continent as long as you get him on the commode, bed pan/urinal. Needs assistance with transfers About the care needs: Someone physically strong.. a motivator/encourager.. he needs help with everything though can be left alone during the day for 3-4 hours at a time provided he is in his bed and has been fed and toileted. He can be left alone through the night Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
