Companion Care Needed For Myself In Tampa

I need a caregiver for me. I am a male in my late 60s who is unable to walk due to spinal surgery. I need a caregiver to accompany me to my nearby physical therapy appointments. I anticipate it will be on T and F from 3-5 p.m. (or 2 days per week). The facility requires a caregiver, so I need someone to meet me there, push me in, wait, and push me out. I will be using the HART-Plus transport service to pick me up from my nursing home and return me there. You need to be there in time to push me inside once the HART ride gets to the PT facility, then roll me back out when they return. It is unlikely, but I may need to be changed if I have an accident. My reason for the late-in-the-day appointments is to give me time in the AM to have a BM while I am still at the nursing home - so having an accident is unlikely. I am 380 pounds in a wheelchair
