Seeking Senior Care Provider In Tampa

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. My mom is on hospice however they don't provide enough resources. I'm a nurse on day shift and leave my house around 5:45 a.m. and come home around 8 p.m. ish. She mostly sleeps during the day; but sometimes she watches TV; and has some conversation, very anxious and thinks she's being abandoned.
