About who needs care: 30+ years with Multiple Sclerosis. Can use Walker, uses wheelchair also but can't roll chair herself. Some Dementia, memory difficulty but mostly word finding & expressive language/conversation impaired. Good comprehensive understanding. About the care needs: Needs patience with word finding difficulty; Needs help showering & reminders for self care tasks. Interested in Literature, TV, movies. Formerly an avid reader but no longer reads herself. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
