I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Companionship. Medication management is required. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. My daughter needs more care than they are giving her. I can't be there morning and night. I need someone to be there to help address her physical needs and make sure her medical needs are addressed. When she comes home, additional help will be needed which I have included things that apply to in home care as well. We would like have continuing of help between the hospital and home.
