About who needs care: early onset alzheimers, needs overnight supervision, monitoring, she is easy going once she gets to know someone who also must be easy going and "fun" type. About the care needs: My sister is generally a social and easy going person. She now has to be prompted and helped. She still goes to bathroom on her own but no longer flushes the toilet. Needs to be coached while taking a shower as she will get wet and think she's done. Change of clothes is now something we have to do as she will wear the same clothes once she takes a shower or gets up and no longer changes as needed. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
