About the job
Need a caretaker for my grandmother. She has dementia but is fine in the moment. She has significant memory issues but nothing that interferes with her safety or communication. She also has COPD and uses an oxygen concentrator machine. She is very easy to get along with and has a very pleasant personality. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands, shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, assistance with bathing & dressing and cueing medications. She is a smoker but only smokes in her bedroom and nowhere else in the house. There are also HEPA filters in her room. Weekly schedule of Sunday, Monday, Friday & Saturday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Also need flexibility for occasional other days with advance notice. Potential to increase hours in the future. Also need daily coverage June 18th - 26th if available.
