Patient recently broke hip, unable to walk, has renal failure and cancer, will probably spend days in recliner or sleeping. He goes to dialysis M/W/F at 11 a.m. He is coming home from rehab and I need help getting him up, dressed, bathed. About the care needs: A caretaker with compassion and patience. Able to help patient shower and get him dressed and in wheelchair. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
