About who needs care: 12/2024 pelvis fracture followed by skilled nursing facility rehab. Now coming home their ideal day get up brush teeth, hair wash face shave shower gets dressed make cereal for breakfast eat take pills. Take a nap. Watch TV. Get up and get drinks eat lunch consisting of chips then nap watch TV eat dinner. Play with dog cut up some boxes maybe from delivery do some weeding in the courtyard plants watch TV sleep go to bed. About the care needs: Help with everything in his ideal day because right now he is not able to do those things by himself. Hopefully with plenty of rehab, he will be able to start to do those things himself. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
